Position Overview:

As a S.T.E.A.M Engineer Instructor Intern, you will play a pivotal role in fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love for S.T.E.A.M subjects among students of all ages. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the S.T.E.A.M. Engineer Instructor to design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that make complex S.T.E.A.M concepts accessible and enjoyable. Whether you're teaching coding, or mathematics, you'll be the guiding light that helps students navigate the exciting world of S.T.E.A.M .


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Development: Create innovative and comprehensive S.T.E.A.M lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to the needs and interests of diverse learners.
  2. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, collaboration, and respectful discourse.
  3. Hands-On Learning: Incorporate practical experiments, projects, and real-world applications into lessons to deepen understanding and enhance retention.
  4. Adaptive Teaching: Adapt your teaching methods to meet the unique learning styles and abilities of individual students, ensuring that each student has the opportunity to excel.
  5. Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress through various methods, provide constructive feedback, and offer additional support when needed.
  6. Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest developments in S.T.E.A.M fields and teaching techniques to continuously improve your instruction.
  7. Mentoring: Offer guidance and mentorship to students interested in pursuing S.T.E.A.M careers, helping them set goals and navigate educational pathways.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, and parents to foster a strong educational community that supports S.T.E.A.M learning.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
