CODE313 is bringing the field trip experience directly to your school! Our IN-School S.T.E.A.M eXperiences give scholars the chance to explore, build, create, and discover through hands-on activities in science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. From drones and robotics to coding, cybersecurity, emerging technology and more, CODE313 transforms your school into an interactive space for innovation and exploration.
Schools can choose from exciting eXperiences designed to spark curiosity, strengthen problem-solving skills, and introduce scholars to the many possibilities within technology and STEAM careers.
Each S.T.E.A.M eXperience can accommodate two classrooms of up to 35 scholars each.

S.T.E.A.M. eXperiences are available Tuesday through Friday from 10 am to 1 pm. Prices start at $1,500.

Pick A Date
If you see this icon, just click and reserve your CODE313 S.T.E.A.M. Slam Field Trip S.T.E.A.M. eXperience.

register for field trip
After clicking the "schedule" icon to reserve your field trip, you will see a pop-up that gives you some more details. Please click the More Info button to see the first page with more information about the Field Trip S.T.E.A.M. eXperience.
After reading the information describing the field trip, click the Register button.

Create an account or log in
If you already have a Sawyer account please log in. If not, please enter your email (we recommend using your school email instead of your personal email) and password, then click the Sign Up button.

Add field trip to cart
Please select yourself as "attending" and then click the Add to Cart button.

checkout and complete forms
Now that you have added your Field Trip S.T.E.A.M. eXperience to your cart, you will be prompted to check out and fill out the initial online forms.
Please click the Checkout button to be taken to next step.
For this step you will enter your basic account information and additional information as required by CODE313.
Please click the Next button to be taken to the next form. After adding any additional information as needed please click the Continue to Payment button.

Now all you have to do to confirm your request to reserve your Field Trip S.T.E.A.M. eXperience is click the Place Order button.
Please note the balance due is $0.00, this is because the school/organization will pay via the terms and conditions as set in the contract once the contract has been approved by the authorizing agency.

submit attendee details to COde313
Congratulations! You have just reserved your field trip at the CODE313 STEAM eXperience Center.
You will be receiving email with the details of reservation along with the required contract to book your field trip.
Below you will find the required waivers that need to be signed by a parent/guardian for any scholar attending the field trip. You will also need to fill out the Field Trip Roster Template providing basic details about your scholars before your scheduled field trip.
