This is a subtitle for your new post

This week on Let's Talk About It Tuesdays, CODE313 is bringing knowledge and insight to our blog readers on the various topics of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math! This week's blog is centered around why the Pythagorean Theorem actually works. So without further ado, let's talk about it.

The well renowned Pythagorean Theorem is a mathematical theorem that has been around since the Old Babylonian period (20th to 16th centuries BC). Math is so everlasting, this theorem has been built on ever since. You may have heard of “a squared plus b squared equals c squared” before, well that is what we now know as the Pythagorean Theorem. This theorem is only used when dealing with a geometrical right triangle. If you know the length of two sides but not the third side, you can use this theorem in order to distinguish what that missing side length is.

There are many mathematical and visual proofs that have been attained along the way. Even Einstein has had his share on this proof in his time, one uses dissection without rearrangement.
