William Cook III 

Director of Operations

William Cook, III is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (Director of Operations) of CODE313. He also acts as the Chief Visionary Officer of WC Screen Printing & Graphics Company and the Principal Managing Director of WC3 Holdings, Inc. He is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

With over twenty years of engineering and leadership experience, William has been involved with some of the world’s best companies and delivers excellence that is defined by extraordinary achievements and results. He contributes his skills to global automotive companies, such as, Chrysler, Hyundai and General Motors. William’s extensive technical expertise lies in the positions of Senior Engineer, Program Manager, and Quality Manager in corporate and manufacturing environments.

He is a Detroit native and is a soon to be published author of The Cook Book “Formulas to Success”, which illuminates his passion about successful problem solving and youth vocational and technical education. William holds a Polymer Engineering Degree from Ferris State University. He is presently completing graduate work in Engineering Management and Leadership from Central Michigan University.
