Mr. Verba L. Edwards has more than forty (40) years of diverse human resources expertise which includes human resources experience with a Fortune One Corporation. His last corporate appointment was Director of Human Resources with General Motors Corporation in Detroit, Michigan where he managed all the human resources functions of a $1.2 billion dollar multi-plant manufacturing facility employing over 3,500 employees.

Prior to this assignment, Mr. Edwards was a Divisional Human Resources Administrator for Chevrolet Motor Division. In this assignment he planned and developed human resources policies for 13,000 employees located at more than 27 plants across the U.S.

Mr. Edwards is also a published author. His first book titled ``Wing Tips and Pumps`` - A Corporate Survival Kit for College Graduates Entering the Corporate Jungle.

Mr. Edwards has a Masters Degree in Personnel Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He has been recognized for his achievements by the National Association for the Equal Opportunity in Higher Education, Outstanding Young Men of America, Jet Magazine, The Oakland Press Gazette Newspaper, The Daily Tribune, Black Enterprise and various local radio and tv stations.
